Communication

These are devices that can support communication. Telephones include easy to use telephones and mobile phones and ‘memory’ phones that have photos of friends and relatives with pre-programmed numbers. Intercoms allow sound or speech to be transmitted in one or two directions so that a conversation can take place between different rooms or between the person inside and a visitor outside before opening the front door.
